Hi I am also owed money and have been trying to track down alecos for some time. He started to build my house then there were some legal probs and he could not carry on. I am now out of pocket by 20,000 euros. It has all been a complete waste of time and I think he has gotten away with it.
I have had a bad experience with A1 real estate in Georgoupoli. Are there any more dissatisfied customers out there?

Hi,Is there anymore dissatisfied customers out there.Kiriakos Papadogiannis of A1 Home,Georgioupoli started building my house and I realised he had cheated me out of 31 square metres. He now refuses to do anything about it as I have paid him all the money up front. Also he has been paid towards a further 2 houses but he has forgotten his promises about the views and the gardens etc so not many people will want to live in them or buy them.So beware I have lost a great deal of money and it will take between 3 to 5 years before I can go to court. What a mess and I am supposed to have retired to a peacefull life.I now have to go and live with a friend as I am running out of money! Regards Annette

where you can "name and shame" the so called real estate agents that you used. Did you by any chance not include the outside of the walls in the total square meter size. This is very common to do, I for one have forgotten about this many times. Or was it that he just left a huge chunk out of the property?
I can imagine what you're going through, it is very frustrating and time consuming let alone along way of going to court over it.
