To cut a long story short…

Medsun-Real Estate, a UK based company that has offices in Kato Gouves (just outside Heraklion) are handling our new house construction on an olive grove in Sklavi outside the town of Sitia, all was going very smoothly, Nigel Strong had plans drawn up and monies were exchanged with our lawyer in Agios Nicolaos, for the building permit to be applied for. Then all of a sudden communication with the Engineer Alekos Psarakis has suddenly stopped, apparently the company has now split up...and no one wants to take responsiblility of our project and our money now has been handed over to Alekos Psarakis, all 2,600 euros worth…
