...and another attempt to return our money.
Nigel from Medsun RealEstate again has promised us...well, promise isn't the correct word, but he did say that he had spoken to his business assiocate Alecos "again" and he would deposit our money back to the lawyer, who was incidently, recommended to us by Medsun RealEstate.
Well Nigel, as you stated "Fingers crossed this time".
Honestly, if I was reading all these promises, I'd be asleep by now...

Nigel Strong informed me that he'd spoken to Alekos and said he would have money to put into our account Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning, and that he was going to his lawyer (Tuesday) to see if she could put pressure on Alekos as he is implicating Nigel Strong and Medsun RealEstate in this matter...
Of course Nigel Strong and Medsun RealEstate are all in the same boat...but it's rather funny, why the Medsun RealEstate UK Office is only a phone number and only passes messages or recommendations on to Nigel Strong. Michael Rowe seems to think that he has nothing to do with this situation...but his name appears on all Medsun RealEstate enquires...so he appears to be connected in some way! Medsun RealEstate UK Office also goes by the name of Bluewater Homes...
...very confusing if your considering buying a plot or home in Crete!
...had spoken to Alekos Psarakis and convinced him to return the money to our lawyer on the 16th April...of course we knew this would never happen and what do you know...it was never handed over! They never kept their promise and no money was returned...surprise! surprise!
They have left us with no option but to re-start our efforts to make the general public aware of the issues we are experiencing with their company.
